Where hope meets evidence based healing.
Are you exhausted by racing thoughts? Are you longing for space to process your emotions and thoughts without fear of judgment? Are you nervous and on edge, but you don't know why? I work with individuals and groups experiencing anxiety, depression, family concerns, maternal mental health challenges, parenting challenges, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, existential concerns, and life transitions.
I have an eclectic theoretical approach, with particular leanings toward person-centered theory, internal family systems, mindfulness, existentialism approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am trained in (and deeply inspired by) EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is used to treat trauma of all types.
I care deeply about the collaborative nature of therapy and the importance of advocacy. I see it as a great privilege to bear witness to another person’s story.
